7-Day Tanzania Safari: Arusha | Lake Manyara | Serengeti | Ngorongoro

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet and greet briefing by your professional English-speaking driver guide and drive towards Arusha town for overnight at Hotel

After leisure breakfast, drive towards Lake Manyara National Park arriving in time for hot lunch at the lodge. Post lunch, commence for an afternoon game drive in the park. The Park is situated between the shore of Lake Manyara and the steep escarpment wall of the East African Rift Valley. The grassy lake shore is home to large herds of buffalo, flamingo and hippo. After a day well spent, proceed for dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 3 - After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park en-route game drive above the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Arrive in the park and commence for game viewing, proceed for hot lunch at the lodge/camp and post lunch commence for an evening game drive in the park. Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game viewing in Africa — great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants, giraffe, thousands of eland, grant gazelle, lion, leopard, etc. Later proceed for dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 4 - After breakfast continue game drive in Serengeti National Park (OPTION: Depart with picnic lunch for full day game drive or return to the lodge/camp for hot lunch and later on proceed for evening game drive). Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 5 - After breakfast, continue game viewing in Serengeti National Park and later on proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area arriving in time for check-in and hot lunch. Afternoon is spent at leisure relaxing at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

DAY 6 - Early breakfast, with packed lunch drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area and upon arrival descend 2000ft below Crater floor for a half day Crater tour. Known as the 8th Wonder of the World, admire the amphitheatre with grassland, swamp, lakes, river, woodland and even dung. These differing ecosystems support vastly resident population of game including elephant, buffalo, monkeys, hippo, wildebeest, black rhino, hyena, lion etc. After a day well spent ascend the crater floor and drive for dinner and overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Arusha town arriving in time for hot lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Post lunch, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for drop off.
