6-Day Tanzania Safari: Arusha | Lake Manyara | Serengeti | Ngorongoro

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet and greet briefing by your professional English-speaking driver guide and drive towards Arusha town for overnight at Hotel.

After a leisurely breakfast, drive towards Lake Manyara National Park, arriving in time for hot lunch at the lodge. Post lunch, commence an afternoon game drive in the park. The park is located between the shore of Lake Manyara and the steep escarpment wall of the East African Rift Valley. The grassy lakeshore is home to large herds of buffalo, flamingos, and hippos. After a day well spent, proceed for dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 3 - After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park with an en-route game drive above the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Arrive in the park and begin game viewing, followed by hot lunch at the lodge/camp. Post lunch, embark on an evening game drive in the park. Serengeti offers some of the most spectacular game viewing in Africa — vast herds of buffalo, elephants, giraffes, eland, gazelles, lions, leopards, and more. Later, proceed for dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 - After breakfast, continue with a game drive in Serengeti National Park. (Option: Depart with picnic lunch for a full-day game drive or return to the lodge/camp for hot lunch before proceeding for an evening game drive.)

Enjoy an early breakfast, then drive with packed lunch to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend 2,000 ft to the Crater floor for a half-day Crater tour. Known as the 8th Wonder of the World, the Crater features grasslands, swamps, lakes, rivers, and woodlands supporting a vast population of wildlife including elephants, buffalo, monkeys, hippos, wildebeest, black rhinos, hyenas, and lions. After a day of exploration, ascend from the Crater and proceed for dinner and overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha town, arriving in time for hot lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Post lunch, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for drop-off.
